📱 Installation

iOS Installation

  1. Download the OneCollar app from the App Store
  2. Create your account using the same email from your beta registration
  3. Follow the in-app setup wizard to connect your collar
  4. Configure your dog's profile and initial settings
  5. Test basic functionality before full deployment

Android Installation

  1. Ensure your email is connected to your Google account
  2. Download the OneCollar app from Google Play Store
  3. Accept beta testing permissions
  4. Sign in with your Google-connected email
  5. Complete the setup process following on-screen instructions

Collar Setup

  1. Charge your collar for at least 2 hours before first use
  2. Ensure proper collar fit (two fingers should fit under collar)
  3. Power on the collar and wait for startup sequence
  4. Use the app to pair via Bluetooth
  5. Configure your WiFi network for home connectivity
  6. Set up initial virtual boundaries if desired

🗑️ Account Removal

To remove your account from the OneCollar system:

  1. Open the OneCollar app
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account → Privacy
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion by typing "DELETE" in the confirmation field
  5. Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days
  6. You will receive email confirmation of account deletion
